Job DescriptionThis role is primarily responsible for developing and implementing a range of fundraising activities with private individuals, corporations, government agencies, international donors, and others towards meeting or exceeding the desired outcomes of the Marketing and External Relations team.
- Prepares marketing and fundraising strategies based on the set goals for the year
- Raises the agreed-upon annual target by tapping various partners, organizations, corporations, other funding institutions, and ultra-High-Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) (Lead Generation)
- Writes, submits, and presents proposals with the ability to cross-sell AFI programs and pillars by matching programs to prospective donors
- Follows through the MOA process until the signing of the contract and fulfillment of requirements and/or the Deed of Donation
- Establishes, nurtures, and manages relationships with existing donors through regular project updates, reports, and other activities that promote donor satisfaction
- Ensures the accuracy, updating, and accessibility of donation records and donor information
- Supports in conceptualizing and organizing fundraising events/activities for AFI and in coordination with external partners
- Conduct research on potential funding opportunities and send applications to trusted funds and potential donors
Coordination with Program Pillars and Supporting Divisions/Departments
- Collaborates with program and support services groups to enable integrated fundraising efforts
- Closely coordinates with AFI program pillars and supporting divisions/departments to ensure the delivery of desired outputs and outcomes from both parties
- Attends program planning and budget sessions
- Provides Corporate Communications with the necessary information for the promotion of events through social media and other communication platforms
- Coordinates, discusses, and seek final approval with the Legal and Compliance Department regarding the preparation and finalization of MOAs and DODs concerning the project
Policy, Systems, Admin and Compliance
- Adheres to AFI's Vision, Mission, and Values and compliance with AFI/HRD policies and other applicable regulations
- Implements appropriate systems and procedures in the performance of duties and responsibilities
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or any related course
- 5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, resource mobilization, marketing, etc. for a non-profit organization
- Willing to go on immersion trips to visit Ayala Foundation program sites
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (3x a week onsite - Makati Office)

Job DescriptionJob Summary:
The Project Development Associate supports the Business Development team in securing and managing regulatory permits, stakeholder communications, and field coordination for pipeline projects. The role involves preparing project documentation, facilitating consultations and IEC activities, liaising with government agencies and host communities, and supervising third-party contractors. It also ensures timely reporting, document circulation, and alignment across project teams to support smooth and compliant project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Development team apply for, secure, monitor and maintain all relevant regulatory permits, approvals and clearances for the various pipeline projects.
- Assist in writing/preparing/editing project documents such as communications to stakeholders, progress reports, meeting minutes, stakeholder IEC documentation, CDMP etc.
- Regularly visit the project sites and other field locations to liaise with government agencies, local government units, host barangays/communities, IP tribes, and other key stakeholders.
- Help coordinate project IEC activities and consultation meetings with host barangays/ communities, IP tribes, LGU officials, and local stakeholders; make project presentations for these meetings and document questions and concerns raised.
- Help supervise third-party consultants and contractors to ensure timely completion of works in accordance with company standards and existing laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with the Technical Services and Land Acquisition teams when conducting joint field activities and other shared workstreams.
- Keep SP updated, attend monthly BD obligation and documentation alignment meetings, and ensure documents are filed, organized and monitored in a timely and efficient manner.
- Circulate documents via post and emails, making sure these reach the intended recipients within the timeline required and thereby avoiding any late communications or missed deadlines.
- Perform other Project Development support tasks as required.
Pre-requisites:
- Graduate of Business, Engineering, Sciences or any related course
- At least two years related work experience
- Must be willing to report full time onsite and to conduct fieldwork
