Job Summary:

As a Business Development Associate, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Duties:

  • Identifying, establishing, and developing relationships with new and existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identifying and evaluating new markets and partnerships through networking and direct prospecting.
  • Attending industry events to establish relationships with new and existing clients and to stay updated on market conditions and competition.
  • Coordinating with marketing and project management teams and assisting in the sales process.
  • Defining, testing, refining, and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Overseeing sales and growth, including the development of sales strategies and the selection of pursuit teams.
  • Negotiating and communicating business issues and complex concepts to different audiences.
  • Keeping the management team informed of ongoing progress on new business development activities.

Business Development Associate Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or any related field.
  • With a successful track record of building profitable relationships with industry professionals and key decision makers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Applicants must be willing to work on-site (Quezon City).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
