About this role:

  • Checking employees’ time sheets
  • Termination payments
  • Parental Leave payments
  • STP submission
  • Preparing fortnightly, monthly & quarterly wages reports.
  • Responding to employees’ queries
  • Payroll Tax
  • Reconciling wages
  • Other tasks as directed

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant experience
  • First aid certificate
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Employment Hero or Key Pay system is a bonus.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines
