Key Responsibilities Identify and target prospective merchants that align with Skyro’s business goals and customer base. Acquire and onboard SMEs for online while developing and maintaining partnerships. Pitch and present Skyro’s payment and financing solutions to merchant decision-makers. Handle end-to-end process which includes Lead Generation, Client Presentation, Negotiations and Strategic marketing program implementation. Negotiate partnership terms and close merchant acquisition deals in line with growth targets. Manage the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring smooth integration into the Skyro platform. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive engagement and long-term partnership success. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and risk) to support merchant needs. Track and report acquisition activities, pipeline progress, and market insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant partnerships — preferably in fintech, banking, or payments. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
