We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Talent Acquisition Associate
to join our team.

As a Talent Acquisition professional, you will be responsible for assisting in identifying, sourcing, and evaluating potential candidates. You will work closely with the internal department to ensure that sourcing strategies are effective and aligned with the organization's needs and goals.

A day to day life in Talent Acquisition:

Candidate Sourcing:

Proactively search and identify top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and databases.

Database Management:

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates by regularly updating and managing the candidate database.

Resume Screening:

Pre-screen resumes and applications to ensure alignment with the job requirements and shortlist potential candidates for the recruiting team.

Job Market Research:

Conduct research to identify new candidate pools, trends, and sourcing strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Outreach:

Conduct outreach to passive candidates through emails, phone calls, and other communication methods to generate interest in available opportunities.

Candidate Engagement:

Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear and professional communication.

Table Stakes:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role.

Skills:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with sourcing platforms and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Location and Work Set-up:

On-Site:
Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Compensation:

• PHP 25,000 - PHP 50,000 monthly base salary
• The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position.
• Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below).
