Responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring of highly qualified candidates to fill vacant positions by implementing recruitment standards, processes, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or similar field.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Working knowledge of hiring methodologies and candidate evaluation
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and objectivity.
  • Customer focused and with demonstrated ability to develop consultative relationships with employees across all levels in the organization
