What You’ll Do Conduct field sales activities within your assigned territory (Cebu or Davao) to identify, approach, and onboard small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) merchants Promote and sell the company’s payment solutions (e.g., QR payments, e-wallets, POS terminals) to target businesses Build and maintain strong relationships with SME merchants to drive satisfaction, transaction growth, and long-term retention Handle the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, coordinating with Product, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure smooth activation Negotiate merchant discount rates (MDRs) and commercial terms in line with company policies and objectives Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant concerns, inquiries, and after-sales support Monitor merchant performance and transaction activity, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and reactivation Stay informed about local SME market trends, competitor activities, and business dynamics to guide sales strategies and execution What We Expect From You Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field 1–3 years of experience in field sales, door-to-door selling, merchant acquisition, or business development — preferably in fintech, banking, or e-commerce Fresh graduates with strong potential and a positive, can-do attitude are also welcome to apply Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, field-based environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain lasting SME relationships Willingness to work on the ground and travel within assigned territories (Cebu or Davao) Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to speak and understand the local dialect in the assigned region (Cebuano or Davaoeño) is an advantage Must be currently residing in Cebu or Davao Join the Coins Team Now Meaningful Collaborations - The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with other relevant teams to carry out implementations that will improve and create an impact on customer experience.
