About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team.

As a Talent Acquisition professional, you will be responsible for assisting in identifying, sourcing, and evaluating potential candidates. You will work closely with the internal department to ensure that sourcing strategies are effective and aligned with the organization's needs and goals.

Your day to day life of a Talent Acquisition Associate here at Vivant:

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search and identify top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and databases.

Database Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates by regularly updating and managing the candidate database.

Resume Screening: Pre-screen resumes and applications to ensure alignment with the job requirements and shortlist potential candidates for the Interview.

Job Market Research: Conduct research to identify new candidate pools, trends, and sourcing strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Outreach: Conduct outreach to candidates through emails, phone calls, and other communication methods to generate interest in available opportunities.

Candidate Engagement: Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear and professional communication.

Table Stakes:

Previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, procurement in a similar role.

Skills:

  • Experience with sourcing platforms and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Office Tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Outspoken, confident and takes charge of the situation through Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Location and Work Set-up: On-Site: Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Compensation:

  • PHP 25,000 - PHP 40,000 monthly base salary
  • The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
