Responsibilities (selected):
- Preparation of YTD: Updating YTD Sales thru database-generated report; updating YTD files from DR, SI, and CSR; updating the “Delivered/Undelivered” column of YTD thru CSR update.
- Attend concerns and issues of TSR regarding Sales: attending to concerns and issues of TSR related to sales and budget; prepares requested reports related to Sales and Budget from TSR and Sir Danny.
- Preparation of Sales Report: prepares Sales Report Summary (AHG & FSG).
- In-House Delivery Service: monitoring in-house delivery service; in charge of the request and preparation of the daily delivery budget to the Finance Dept.; prepare Authority to Pull-Out or Gate Pass.
- Purchase Orders: printing four/five copies of purchase orders for filing for the Finance Department and Marketing Department; must be knowledgeable in sales, and analyzing; excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
