The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the company’s promotional efforts, brand visibility, and client engagement. Reporting directly to the President, this role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The position includes event coordination, marketing material development, and administrative support for marketing initiatives. Marketing Support: Plan and execute product/brand marketing strategies, Develop and manage content calendars for social media, Handle partnerships and sales approaches with e-commerce platforms or retail partners, Plan and organize promotional materials (flyers, presentations, etc.), monitor market trends and competitor activity. Event Coordination: Plan and execute company external events and marketing campaigns such as product launches, seminars, trade shows, and internal gatherings. Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event feedback. Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain organized records of marketing assets and event documentation. Client Engagement: Support client communication efforts, including feedback collection and preparation of product information kits. Skills and Qualifications Graduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field At least 5 years’ experience preferred Applicants with experience in the agricultural sector—particularly in fertilizer or pesticide—will be prioritized. Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office; Canva or basic design tools Willing to travel for events and field activities Interest in agriculture or agribusiness is an advantage With valid driver’s license CAN START ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
