Key Roles and Responsibilities Major role in month end/quarterly/year end closing and reporting, preparation and review of adjustments and journal to general ledger books. Prepare monthly expense accruals for assigned division/s. Review and analyze monthly expense variance vs BUD/LE. In-charge of verification and recording of intercompany transactions, reconciling monthly statements and balances with respective related party. Extraction and submission of Delivery Expense Report for Transport review for accrual purposes. Review and verify proper documentation in compliance with accounting and company policies. Prepare budget/LE of HO allocated expenses and Interco transactions (i.e. Insurance, Utilities, Maintenance, Rentals, Depreciation, etc.). Knowledge / Skills needed for the job Has knowledge/background in SAP Systems Proficient in MS Office Knowledge in Budgeting and Forecasting Good Communication and Interpersonal skills Hardworking, analytical and efficient Results oriented and keen to details Required Must be a CPA At least 3 years related experience in GL Accounting with background in Financial Statement Analysis and preparations Why join ZUELLIG PHARMA We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where our employees can learn, grow, and achieve shared success.
