Position Overview The Financial Reporting Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting across Landers Superstore’s retail operations. This role is responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare, analyze, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reports across all retail branches. Assist in the preparation of management reports, financial forecasts, and budget analyses. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on key financial trends and performance indicators. Coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures. Support process improvement initiatives within the Finance Department to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial data for strategic decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; CPA license preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or related functions. Experience in the retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Power BI is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Why Join Us?
