The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in banking, treasury management, auditing, and financial accounting, along with proven leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Oversee banking relationships, cash management, investments, and asset management. Develop and implement effective financial strategies, policies, and plans to promote growth and financial stability. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations; coordinate with regulatory bodies and external auditors. Provide strategic financial guidance on decision-making processes. Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard financial assets. Oversee the preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements. Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction. Manage processes related to financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Offer insights on long‑term business and financial planning, including mergers and acquisitions. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to understand their needs and provide business solutions. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven track record. Extensive experience in banking, treasury management, auditing, and financial accounting. Excellent data analysis, risk management, and forecasting skills. Proficient in financial software and MS Office. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop strategies and solve problems efficiently. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and present financial information clearly.
