Strategic Negotiation and Sourcing Conduct strategic negotiation events for the Strategic Sourcing group. Negotiate business terms with vendors and partners to minimize risk and maximize price efficiencies. Lead sourcing events from project kick-off to contract execution. Relationship Management Build and create relationships with internal clients to understand their contracting needs. Establish relationships and lead stakeholders/cross-functional teams to get process buy-in. Create Strategic Sourcing partnerships to increase addressable spend. Contract Management Solid understanding of contract forms (MNDA, MSA, SOWs). Liaise with Legal and Security departments to ensure all contract controls and protections are in place. Category Expertise and Analytics Become a category expert, developing category playbooks and roadmaps to enhance strategic negotiations. Participate in spend analytics and work planning efforts. Project Management Utilize project management practices and tools to create, manage, and report on project progress. Design and develop weekly and monthly operations matrix reports including spend and SLAs. Technology and Tools Use and evaluate eSourcing tools and new technologies. Technology-focused industry experience Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and supplier management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and project management abilities Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and technologies In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices Ability to mentor and develop junior team members Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Technology Contracts Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and supplier management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and project management abilities Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and technologies In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices Ability to mentor and develop junior team members Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3–5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and contracts management Experience in Technology Contracts #J-18808-Ljbffr
