Responsibilities
- responsible for the direct supervision/coordination with employees assigned to the Company’s various clients.
- monitoring attendance and timekeeping, determine and address, if possible and within limitations, concerns of employees that may affect their daily performance of their job.
- requires the employee to have a knowledge in the operation of the client and direct assigned employees of their tasks and make adjustments/ re-assignments of duties in coordination with the client.
- The employee shall likewise assist the Recruitment unit in sourcing possible candidates, conduct pre-employment processes and orientation of successful applicants.
- The employee shall also be responsible for selected bank transactions, dealing with government agencies in report submission/ inquiries/ coordination.
- Your primary goal is to be the Company’s initial representative to our assigned employees, our clients, government agencies and partners, treating each one as customers.
- At least College Level
- At least 2- years Experience as Coordinator for Clients/ Liaison with Government Agencies
- Preferably with BOSH Certificate Holder
- Preferably have motorcycle and holder of a Valid Driver's License
