- Permit and license processing: Assisting in the preparation, filing, and tracking of applications for gun manufacturing, dealing, and repair licenses, as well as authorizations to import, export, or display firearms and ammunition.
- Administrative support: Providing general administrative duties, such as answering phones, filing documents, managing communications, and coordinating meetings.
- Communication: Acting as a point of contact for external parties, including government agencies like the PNP Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO), clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Reporting: Preparing and maintaining incident reports, tracking project progress, and other correspondence to keep departments and managers informed.
- Coordination: Streamlining operations by coordinating with various departments and external partners to ensure all parties are aligned and have the necessary information.
- Compliance: Ensuring all procedures and documents adhere to existing firearms legislation and industry regulation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php730.00 per day
