Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordination of Regulatory Submissions
Prepare and manage schedules for submission of required documents.
Ensure timely filing of permits, reports, and compliance documents with the appropriate agencies.
Monitor submission deadlines to prevent lapses or penalties.
· Facilitation of Inspections and Audits
Act as the point of contact during inspections by regulatory agencies
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness for site visits.
Assist in addressing queries and providing requested documentation during inspections.
· Tracking and Monitoring of Applications
Maintain updated records on the status of applications, such as:
Environmental Permit
Provide progress updates to the Compliance Department and management.
· Agency Communication and Representation
Serve as the main liaison between the organization and external regulatory bodies.
Facilitate correspondence, clarifications, and follow-ups with agencies.
Build and maintain professional relationships with regulatory representatives to support smoother transactions.
· Documentation and Recordkeeping
Organize and archive permits, certificates, and official communications.
Ensure records are complete, up to date, and easily accessible for audits or inspections.
