Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of any Business Administration, Management, or related course.
- Experience in liaison work, document processing, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be willing to run errands and handle fieldwork as needed.
- Possesses good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to be based in Batangas.
Essential Job Functions:
The Liaison Officer plays a vital role in supporting operations by managing the timely processing of documents and assisting with day-to-day logistical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the checking, processing, and submission of documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Coordinate with government offices, suppliers, and partners to complete necessary paperwork.
- Assist in running errands and handling field-related tasks to support the company's operational needs.
- Ensure that all required records and documentation are properly maintained and updated.
- Provide general support to internal teams as needed.
