
Liaison Assistant

This role is primarily field-based and involves handling document processing, coordinating with government agencies, and assisting with accounting and administrative-related tasks. The ideal candidate who can represent the company professionally in external transactions while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Handle submission, process, follow-up, and retrieval of documents from various government agencies (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, SEC, City Hall, etc.).
- Assist in processing accounting-related documents such as bank transactions, coordination of financial documents, etc.
- Act as a company messenger for various external official transactions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documents
- Liaise with external contacts and offices in a professional and respectful manner.
- Provide timely updates and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of required documents
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of all field-related tasks
- Ensure all documents are handled properly, confidentially, and delivered on time
- Assist with other administrative-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a liaison role administrative support work
- Familiarity with the local area can be a plus
- Must be willing to do full-time fieldwork
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Familiarity with the processes and requirements of government agencies(e.g., BIR, SEC, LGUs) and familiarity with accounting documents is a plus.
- Trustworthy, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
