Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to support company growth Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to launch promotions or campaigns Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals Manage and optimize the lead generation process Track and report business development performance using KPIs Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and client needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in e-commerce or entertainment Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team Creative thinker with a strong understanding of market trends in e-commerce or entertainment #J-18808-Ljbffr
