Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through the acquisition of new clients, strategic partnerships, and expanding market reach. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance sector. Build strong relationships with potential clients and strategic partners. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business development goals. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Present and promote insurance products and services to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with internal (ops) teams to tailor solutions to clients\' needs. Track and report sales performance, customer acquisition, and market penetration. Participate in industry networking events, conferences, and workshops to foster business development. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the agency’s product offerings, policies, and underwriting guidelines. Provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably within the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of insurance products and services (motor, marine, property, casualty, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., insurance trainings) are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
