Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Associate / Online Sales Associate to support the daily operations of our online sales channels. This role involves managing product listings, processing orders, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Online Product Listings and Content : Ensure accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
  • Process Orders and Customer Inquiries : Fulfill orders accurately and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor Inventory Levels : Track and coordinate inventory to prevent stockouts or overselling; liaise with warehouse or supply chain teams as needed.
  • Optimize Platform Performance : Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the online store's visibility and performance, implement SEO practices, promotions, and discounts.
  • Process Returns and Refunds : Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support Digital Marketing Campaigns : Assist in executing marketing initiatives, such as uploading banners, creating discount codes, and tracking campaign results.
  • Analyze Sales and Feedback : Evaluate sales performance and customer feedback to support decision-making for pricing, inventory, and product strategy.
  • Ensure Compliance : Adhere to platform-specific guidelines and relevant legal standards, including data privacy, payment security, and consumer protection laws.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or WooCommerce is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, online ads, email campaigns)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced, changing digital environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using web-based tools and software

Working Location
