The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven experience in driving performance across key e-commerce functions — from product listings and inventory management to customer engagement and promotional strategy.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Lazada and Shopee online stores, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate content, competitive pricing, and high-quality images to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing by working closely with fulfillment and logistics teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and disputes in a prompt, professional manner that aligns with brand standards.
- Plan and implement promotional strategies, including participation in platform-led campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12), to drive traffic and increase sales.

The E-Commerce Specialist manages and optimizes Chuchu Beauty's online sales channels to maximize sales, visibility, and customer experience. This role handles product listings, promotions, inventory coordination, and performance analysis across all e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Create and implement deals, bundles, and promotions to drive sales and increase basket size.
- Coordinate with platform Key Account Managers (KAMs) to secure vouchers, campaign exposure, and featured placements.
- Coordinate with Marketing for digital campaigns, promotions, and content updates.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Track delivery schedules and resolve logistics or courier issues.
- Respond to escalated customer inquiries related to online transactions.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and traffic data to improve KPIs.
- Optimize product content for search and conversion (titles, images, descriptions, keywords).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of solid e-commerce experience (marketplace operations or digital marketing preferred).
- Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms and their back-end tools.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; analytics and reporting skills are an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Interest or background in beauty/cosmetics is a strong plus.
