We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Specialist to help manage and grow our online sales channels. You will be responsible for updating product listings, managing promotions, analyzing data, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and metadata across e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate and implement promotional campaigns, sales, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Monitor website performance, customer behavior, and analytics to recommend improvements.
  • Assist in managing online inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels across platforms.
  • Support SEO and SEM efforts to increase product visibility and site traffic.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to maintain brand consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with product listings, site functionality, and order processes.
  • Stay informed on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail role.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
  • Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and product feed management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword optimization, and user experience principles.
