Overview

We seek a proactive Sales Executive to support our student recruitment efforts at Asian School of Hospitality Arts (ASHA), the hospitality education branch of Center for Culinary Arts Manila. The role involves meeting sales targets, managing client relationships, and expanding our customer base through lead-generation activities.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Utilize marketing channels like telemarketing, email, and social media to generate leads.
  • Research and recommend new lead-generating opportunities.
  • Meet sales quotas through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Maintain and organize the client database.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Assist in facilitating virtual events, in-person events and program briefings.
  • Attend external activities (school visits and relevant events).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in Hospitality or Tourism.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred
  • Experience in telesales and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
