Job Description
- Lead, coach, and manage a regional sales team across sales, trade, and medical channels
- Build and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Drive sales growth by achieving volume, value, and market penetration targets
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to roll out brand and HCP engagement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including EO51 (Milk Code), and internal compliance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Oversee the execution of promotional activities and campaigns in the region.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to a high-growth, startup-like environment
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infant nutrition
- Proven track record in distributor management and sales team leadership
- Strategic and execution-oriented with strong market and channel insight
- Knowledge of HCP engagement strategies and milk code (EO51) compliance
