Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and manage a regional sales team across sales, trade, and medical channels
  • Build and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Drive sales growth by achieving volume, value, and market penetration targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to roll out brand and HCP engagement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including EO51 (Milk Code), and internal compliance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Oversee the execution of promotional activities and campaigns in the region.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to a high-growth, startup-like environment
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infant nutrition
  • Proven track record in distributor management and sales team leadership
  • Strategic and execution-oriented with strong market and channel insight
  • Knowledge of HCP engagement strategies and milk code (EO51) compliance
