Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales&BusinessDevelopment
- DevelopandimplementregionalsalesstrategiestomeettargetsandgroweBikesalesinassignedareas.
- Identifyandbuildrelationshipswithnewdealers,retailers,anddistributionpartners.
- Conductregularmarketresearchtoidentifysalesopportunitiesandtrends.
- Maintainandgrowrelationshipswithexistingclientstomaximizeretentionandupsellopportunities.
- Manageandmonitorsalesactivitiesacrosstheregionandnearbyareas.
- Conductregularfieldvisitstoassessmarketconditions,gathercompetitorintelligence,andsupportsalespartners.
- Ensuretimelydeliveryandavailabilityofproductswithintheregion.
- TeamCoordination&Reporting
- Coordinatewithinternalteamssuchasmarketing,logistics,andcustomerservicetosupportregionalsalesoperations.
- Prepareandpresentsalesperformancereportsandforecaststomanagement.
- Providefeedbackfromthefieldtoimproveproductofferingsandcustomersatisfaction.
- Addressandresolvedealerandclientconcernspromptlyandprofessionally.
- Assistwithafter-salessupportandwarranty-relatedqueriesasneeded.
- Useownmotorcycletotravelwithintheterritoryforfieldwork,partnervisits,anddeliverieswhennecessary.
- Ensureefficientuseofresourcesandtimewhilecoveringmultiplelocations.

- Provenexperienceinfieldsales,preferablyintheeBike,motorcycle,orrelatedindustries
- Mustownamotorcycleandhaveavaliddriver’slicense
- Stronginterpersonalandnegotiationskills
- KnowledgeoftheMalabonareaandsurroundinglocationsisanadvantage
- Highlevelofinitiative,independence,andintegrity
- Abilitytomeettargetsunderminimalsupervision
