Duties and Responsibilities

  • DevelopandimplementregionalsalesstrategiestomeettargetsandgroweBikesalesinassignedareas.
  • Identifyandbuildrelationshipswithnewdealers,retailers,anddistributionpartners.
  • Conductregularmarketresearchtoidentifysalesopportunitiesandtrends.
  • Maintainandgrowrelationshipswithexistingclientstomaximizeretentionandupsellopportunities.
TerritoryManagement
  • Manageandmonitorsalesactivitiesacrosstheregionandnearbyareas.
  • Conductregularfieldvisitstoassessmarketconditions,gathercompetitorintelligence,andsupportsalespartners.
  • Ensuretimelydeliveryandavailabilityofproductswithintheregion.
  • TeamCoordination&Reporting
  • Coordinatewithinternalteamssuchasmarketing,logistics,andcustomerservicetosupportregionalsalesoperations.
  • Prepareandpresentsalesperformancereportsandforecaststomanagement.
  • Providefeedbackfromthefieldtoimproveproductofferingsandcustomersatisfaction.
CustomerService
  • Addressandresolvedealerandclientconcernspromptlyandprofessionally.
  • Assistwithafter-salessupportandwarranty-relatedqueriesasneeded.
LogisticsSupport
  • Useownmotorcycletotravelwithintheterritoryforfieldwork,partnervisits,anddeliverieswhennecessary.
  • Ensureefficientuseofresourcesandtimewhilecoveringmultiplelocations.
Requirements
  • aged25-40
  • Provenexperienceinfieldsales,preferablyintheeBike,motorcycle,orrelatedindustries
  • Mustownamotorcycleandhaveavaliddriver’slicense
  • Stronginterpersonalandnegotiationskills
  • KnowledgeoftheMalabonareaandsurroundinglocationsisanadvantage
  • Highlevelofinitiative,independence,andintegrity
  • Abilitytomeettargetsunderminimalsupervision
  • Will handle region
