Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Regional Sales Manager, based in the Visayas or South Luzon, Philippines. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, develop and implement sales strategies, manage and lead the sales team, and monitor market trends. Responsibilities also include building strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales management, leadership, and strategic planning.
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
  • Experience in the hair and skin care industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
  • Available Roles: RSM for North Luzon and RSM for Visayas.
