We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day and operational support to our Co-Founders and wider team. This role is key in ensuring smooth business operations through admin support, financial updates, client assistance, social media organisation, and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, and act as first point of contact for the Co-Founders.
  • Provide admin support to the broader team including documentation, travel logistics, and events.
  • Organise and schedule content across social media platforms; monitor and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain and update business processes and system documentation.
  • Assist with financial admin: update Xero, track invoices/receipts, and support budget reporting.
  • Prepare client packs, proposals, and presentations; support client communications as needed.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Support general operations with ad hoc tasks to keep workflows running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, or in a similar admin role.
  • Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Xero) and social media management tools.
  • Experience in creating or updating business processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Canva experience is desirable but not essential.
