As a Business Development Manager at Easy Outsource, your primary responsibility will be to drive the sales and growth of our business process operations and outsourcing services from the Philippines. Your role will involve various activities such as lead generation, phone calls, emails, quotes, and other selling activities related to the industry. By effectively executing these tasks, you will contribute to the expansion of our client base and the achievement of sales targets.Key Objectives:Lead Generation:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries for business process operations and outsourcing services.Develop and maintain a robust lead generation strategy, including the use of online platforms, industry events, and networking opportunities.Qualify leads based on their suitability, needs, and budget, ensuring alignment with Easy Outsource's service offerings.Initiate and engage in outbound sales activities, including making phone calls and sending personalized emails to prospects.Present Easy Outsource's value proposition and service offerings to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits of outsourcing business processes to the Philippines.Address client inquiries, provide relevant information, and offer customized solutions tailored to their specific requirements.Collaborate with the operations team to create comprehensive quotes and proposals for clients, highlighting the scope of services, pricing details, and contractual terms. Relationship Management:Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Easy Outsource's services to existing clients.Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and industry trends, positioning Easy Outsource as a trusted partner and advisor. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to business process operations and outsourcing.Conduct thorough research on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning.Analyze market gaps and identify potential areas for product/service improvement or expansion. Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and sales pipeline in the company's CRM system.Generate regular reports on sales performance, providing insights on key metrics such as conversion rates, revenue forecasts, and client acquisition trends.Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies, refine sales processes, and optimize performance based on data-driven insights. Requirements Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the business process operations and outsourcing industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and present solutions persuasively.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address client needs with tailored solutions.Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.In-depth knowledge of the business process operations and outsourcing industry, including its trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet or exceed sales targets.
