Work from home and join a fast-growing Australian fintech company We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst who has a background in I.T. Minimum RequirementsApplicants must be Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines. Graduate of any IT-related course is preferred. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience. Implemented complex business process logic. Ideally worked in a Saas startup. Experience in handling technical teams and business/end users by translating technical. terminology through simple oral and visual techniques and tools. Experience in analyzing business challenges, mapping processes, and identifying business requirements. Can deliver high-quality user stories, and business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Can facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit analysis and validate business processes, systems, and requirements. Must Have SkillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving. Strong understanding of UML diagrams. Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery framework. Strong project management skills (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall). Proficient in EXCEL (pivot tables, basic formula e.g. vlookup). Proficient in Jira and Confluence. Experience with Project and Product Documentation. Can work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in English both written and verbal communication. Good To Have SkillsComfortable in understanding pseudo code. Familiarity with ISO Standards. Familiarity with AWS and WordPress. Experience in creating ERDs (Entity Relationship Diagram) / UML (Unified Modeling Language). Experience in handling workflows, policies, and procedures. Worked with diagramming/workflow design applications (Draw.io, Miro, Figma, etc). Key ResponsibilitiesBe a promoter of Elemnta’s culture and values. Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA to develop effective strategies and test plans. Review and analyze system specifications. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Close collaboration with Product Manager, Project Manager, and SMEs to clarify scope and requirements. Support and contribute to the development of solution proposals that offer improved business efficiency and service delivery. Partner with business stakeholders to identify, plan, and scope process design changes. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to design, test, and implement solutions. Assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing processes, workflows, policies, and procedures. Create and maintain project documentation e.g. Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, etc. Manage Jira boards and facilitate scrum meetings.
