In Australia this industry is called "Strata Management" — similar to property management / HOA administration in the Philippines, but for entire buildings and residential complexes. We help building owners and committees with maintenance, repairs, administration, communication, and financial coordination. About the Role We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to help us grow our building portfolio. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of business development experience. Business development experience specifically in property management is required. Native or fluent English proficiency is essential for this position. Familiarity with CRM systems is required. This role involves: ✅ Calling building committees & property owners ✅ Introducing our services to potential clients ✅ Finding contact information online (lead research) ✅ Sending outreach emails & messages ✅ Booking appointments for our Director ✅ Preparing proposal documents (templates provided) ✅ Updating CRM and tracking leads ✅ Following up warm prospects ✅ LinkedIn outreach & messaging Requirements ✅ Excellent English communication skills ✅ Neutral accent (clear, professional English — must sound confident and international) ✅ Strong phone skills and confidence talking to decision-makers ✅ Experience in sales / appointment setting / BPO outbound calling preferred ✅ Good with computers, research, and CRM tools ✅ Committed, reliable, and willing to learn a new industry Helpful but not required: Experience calling Australian accounts Real estate / property / admin background Work Setup Monday to Friday Day shift — Australian business hours Work from home Fast and stable internet required Salary & Benefits PHP 20,000 per month (full-time) Performance bonuses Meeting booking incentives Commission when buildings sign with us Long-term career development Training provided Top performers can earn PHP 35,000–50,000+ monthly with commissions.
