Job Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, respond to online inquiries, confirm appointments, and make outgoing calls for patient retention. Generate patient letters and reports accurately and on time. Obtain and attach patient clinical documents to their charts. Report cases to the Department of Health (DOH) via facsimile and online portal. Send patient-requested medical reports via email. Multi-task across multiple systems, including electronic medical documentation tools, to provide patient information and post-visit follow-ups. Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies to protect patient confidentiality. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with multiple systems and databases. Willing to work onsite at McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
