JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

  • Primary responsible for ensuring timely provision of quality medical care for employees and appropriate coordination for the implementation of free medical services for beneficiaries.

Main duties & responsibilities: Patient Care

  • Conducts interviews to collect patient medical history and symptom information for both employees and beneficiaries of medical services (acupuncture, "employee" medical clinic, TIMA free medical and dental clinics)

  • Assesses patient vital signs, and when necessary:

  • Performs first aid treatment/s - Monitors and administers medication - Recommends the patient to seek medical treatment in a hospital, or consult a medical doctor, or - Clears the patient to proceed with the free medical services (PT, Acupuncture, etc.)

  • Prepares, updates, and safekeeps patient medical records

  • Monitoring patients' progress
  • Plans and implements, together with the Security & Safety team, employee wellness and occupational health and safety programs

Clinic Administration

  • Ensures proper care and maintenance of all clinic equipment
  • Handle inventory of prescription and over-the-counter medicines and supplies of the assigned clinics, and monitors proper dispensing thereof

Medical Services Coordination

  • Together with assigned medical social workers, the physical therapist/s, volunteer TIMA medical and dental doctors, attends to the medical needs, as advised or instructed by the doctors, of patient-beneficiaries whenever these individuals avail themselves of the free medical services

Others

  • Performs other related duties appropriate to the role, as required by foundation operations, and assigned by superior
