The Opportunity As a Key Accounts Executive at Oleo-Fats Inc. (OFI), you will play a vital role in managing and developing key customer relationships within the foodservice, hospitality, restaurant and catering (HoReCa), and industrial sectors. Based in the vibrant city of Cebu, Central Visayas, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of a leading player in the oils and fats industry. Key Responsibilities Proactively manage and expand relationships with key accounts in the foodservice, HoReCa, and industrial sectors Understand and address the unique needs of each client, proposing tailored solutions and ensuring exceptional customer service Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within your portfolio of accounts Maintain detailed records and provide regular progress reports to management Support the implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales Contribute to the development of the company's key account management strategy and best practices What We're Looking For Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice, HoReCa, or industrial sectors Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer‑centric approach Familiarity with the oils and fats industry or a related field is an advantage Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with CRM systems Fresh Graduates of Food Technology are welcome to apply Willingness to travel within Central Visayas and Bohol What We Offer Competitive salary and performance‑based incentives Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package Supportive and collaborative work environment Work‑life balance initiatives, including flexible work arrangements About Oleo-Fats Inc.
