Job Description:

Serves as the main point of contact for assigned key clients, nurturing strong and lasting relationships by thoroughly understanding their goals, needs, and challenges.

Manages the full sales cycle for key accounts—from identifying prospects and securing deals to ensuring satisfaction after the sale. This includes crafting account strategies, setting sales objectives, and executing action plans to achieve or exceed revenue goals.

Develops strategic account roadmaps designed to maximize profitability and growth. Analyzes market trends, uncovers new business opportunities, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client expectations.

Works in close coordination with departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of products or services. Strong collaboration is essential for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.

Handles negotiations with key clients regarding contracts, pricing, and terms to establish beneficial, long-term partnerships. Also oversees renewals and adjustments to existing agreements when necessary.

Acts as a key problem-solver by promptly addressing client concerns—whether technical, financial, or operational—and coordinating with internal teams to provide effective resolutions.

Monitors account activities by analyzing sales data, preparing forecasts, and submitting regular performance and market reports to management.

Continuously explores opportunities to strengthen the value offered to key clients through product and service enhancements, process innovation, and improved customer support.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

A degree holder in Business, Economics and other related courses.

Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Word.

Proficient in oral and written communication skills

Above average Numerical and Analytical skills

Has relevant leadership and supervisory experience of not less than 2 years
