
Key Accounts Executive

- Sales Drive: Drive the achievement of sales objectives for OFI Food Solutions' Industrial division.
- Prospecting & Engagement: Actively prospect and generate new sales leads, visit clients, and deliver product presentations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends and client opportunities.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for effective market penetration and client acquisition.
- Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling OFI Food Solutions products.
- Client Feedback & Collaboration: Collect client feedback and collaborate with the Product Design team for improvements.
- Coordination: Coordinate with support teams for order processing, timely deliveries, and credit/collection.
- Training & Demos: Deliver product training sessions and demonstrations to clients.
- Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Food Technology, Chemistry, or other related fields.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field. Prior sales experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong team player, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; excellent presentation skills.
- Mandarin and Fookien speaking ability is a plus to support client engagements.
