Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Executive located in BGC Taguig. The IT Support Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical and livestream support, managing network administration, overseeing information technology systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to users.
- Provide technical and livestream support (OBS, Facebook Live, Zoom).
- Manage network administration and oversee information technology systems to ensure smooth IT operations.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations or IT Deskside Support supporting multiple sites.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.
- Experience with data cabling and computer facilities maintenance.
- Experience administering and/or troubleshooting local area networks and Wifi.
- Experience using a ticketing system ServiceNow for customer service.
- Experience in IT Asset Management.
- Experience handling audio and video livestreaming (OBS, Facebook Live, Zoom).
- Highly process oriented.
- Knowledge in ITSM and ITIL.
- Understanding of basic concepts of Computer and Information Systems security.
- Experience working as IT in a Warehouse/Sort Center environment is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (in person and via phone/radio) with peers, management, contractors and vendors.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and scheduling including nights and weekends.
