CloudOps Engineer

Senior Cloud Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to lead and manage our Microsoft ecosystem — including Office 365, Azure AD, and Azure Cloud — while also leveraging experience in AWS environments. This role provides advanced technical support, drives cloud infrastructure excellence, and mentors our Help Desk team in delivering world-class IT solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, manage, and optimize Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Intune, and SharePoint environments.
• Oversee and maintain AWS infrastructure and ensure seamless integration between platforms.
• Implement and manage cloud security solutions including MFA, MDM, and other cybersecurity tools.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated issues across cloud services and systems.
• Document cloud architecture, processes, and best practices.
• Lead cloud-related projects, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to SLA and KPI targets.
• Mentor and support junior IT staff and Help Desk Technicians.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in IT and 5+ years managing Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments.
• Microsoft Azure and AWS Certifications preferred.
• Advanced understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and cloud security frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment and adapt to business needs.

Pay: Php60, Php100,000.00 per month
