Responsibilities Sales Management and Target Execution • Formulate and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans and marketing programs. • Develop KPI systems, supervise execution, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. • Analyze market trends and customer demand to identify new opportunities. Team Development and Leadership • Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to enhance professionalism and service quality. • Conduct team evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Customer Relationship and Service Quality • Maintain long-term client relationships and manage customer complaints effectively. • Ensure customer satisfaction rates exceed 90%. • Collaborate with store operations to improve customer experience and brand loyalty. Inventory and Operations Management • Monitor inventory flow, coordinate with warehouse and accounting teams for stock reconciliation. • Implement optimization strategies to improve inventory turnover and reduce wastage. Market Research and Channel Expansion • Gather market intelligence, track competitors, and identify growth potential. • Develop actionable strategies for market development and regional sales performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred). At least 5 years of experience in retail or FMCG sales, with minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in FMCG, retail, or related industries will be considered on a flexible basis dependent on the candidate's overall profile and transferable skills Experience in Chinese or local Philippine companies is an advantage Strong background in team leadership, sales strategy, and market development. Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.). Knowledge of POS systems and retail operations. Excellent bilingual communication skills (Mandarin, English; proficiency in Filipino is an advantage). Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and strong execution ability. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Existing business network or sourcing experience with SM, 7-Eleven, and other major retail chains is preferred. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets. Team productivity and turnover control. Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
