Job Summary
- Work Hours: 09:00 PM PhST to 5 AM PhST
- Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for proactive tele callers to drive lead generation and appointment scheduling for our cybersecurity product. Your main responsibility will be engaging with prospects via tele calling to generate leads, schedule product demos, and follow up to convert them into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound tele calling to generate qualified leads for cybersecurity solutions.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule product demos with decision-makers and prospects to introduce the cybersecurity product.
- Prospect Engagement: Promote the cybersecurity product’s value proposition to potential customers through effective tele calling conversations.
- Demo Coordination & Follow-Up: Coordinate demo schedules and consistently follow up with prospects to convert them into long-term customers.
- CRM Management: Use CRM tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, or Salesforce to track outreach activities, manage leads, and update pipeline statuses.
- Outreach Optimization: Continuously refine tele calling scripts and outreach strategies to maximize lead conversion rates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Lead Generation Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in outbound tele calling or lead generation within IT or tech industries.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Basic understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and trends is a plus.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRMs such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with US-based prospects over the phone.
- Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet or exceed targets in a high-volume tele calling environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales tools and technology to enhance productivity and performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Agnostic: Open to working with a variety of industries without a specific sector focus.
- Sales Experience in Tech: Prior experience in selling or reselling cybersecurity or tech-related products is a bonus.
