We’re Hiring: Account Executive – Supermarket Segment

Location: Sucat, Parañaque City

Department: Sales | Reporting to: Sales Manager

Working with: Internal & External Partners

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 55,000

We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Account Executives to join our supermarket segment team. In this role, you’ll drive business growth by managing key accounts and developing new partnerships within the retail chain and FMCG industries.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Development
  • - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • - Build and maintain a pipeline through research, cold calling, and networking
  • - Prepare and deliver proposals to potential clients
  • Account Management
  • - Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
  • - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • - Cross-sell and upsell products and services
  • Trading & Market Intelligence
  • - Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms
  • - Oversee the fulfillment of orders and inventory movement
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • - Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams
  • - Maintain CRM data and submit timely sales reports
  • - Share insights during team forecasting and planning
Qualifications
  • Non-Negotiable
  • - 4+ years of experience in sales/account management in retail chains or FMCG companies
  • - Solid understanding of modern trade sales, merchandising, and category management
  • - Experience with trade marketing and inventory management systems
  • - Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Education
  • - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
