
Sales Account Executive

The Sales Account Executive / Sales Engineer is responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and providing technical expertise to ensure that the right solutions are delivered to customers. This role requires a balance of strong sales skills, technical knowledge, and excellent customer relationship management.
1. Sales and Business Development- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to address client requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams for accurate project execution.
- Conduct product training, seminars, and client presentations when necessary.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive account servicing and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain long-term business partnerships to ensure repeat and sustainable sales.
- Research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Recommend sales strategies to improve market presence and achieve growth.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and account status.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation of contracts, proposals, and communications.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electronics, or related field) , or Business Administration / Marketing .
- Additional training or certifications in Sales, Customer Relations, or Technical Sales is an advantage.
Experience:
- At least 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or business development (preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors).
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical knowledge in engineering-related products and services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Goal-driven, customer-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
