Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to expand the company’s market reach
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and support.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Act as point contact for customer inquiries, issues, and contract negotiations.
  • Engage in complex sales negotiations with senior-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Secure contracts and agreements that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies and contract proposals that align with company objectives.
Qualifications
  • at least 1 year of experience of Sales B2B in FMCG or Food distribution.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or any related field.
  • Strong sales, negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationship Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software Knowledge within the HORECA sector is a plus.
