Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to expand the company’s market reach
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and support.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Act as point contact for customer inquiries, issues, and contract negotiations.
- Engage in complex sales negotiations with senior-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Secure contracts and agreements that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies and contract proposals that align with company objectives.
- at least 1 year of experience of Sales B2B in FMCG or Food distribution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or any related field.
- Strong sales, negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationship Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software Knowledge within the HORECA sector is a plus.
