- Candidates should hold a bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Applicants are expected to have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, ideally in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Industry-specific experience may be required depending on the company’s focus.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication and negotiation abilities, and a talent for building and maintaining customer relationships.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is also important.
- Candidates should be well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure, and open to travel when necessary.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior is a valuable asset.
