We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This role is crucial in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new business locations for ESSI brands. The ideal candidate will be fieldwork-oriented, strategic, and have a strong grasp of negotiation and stakeholder engagement. You must be willing to travel across the country and be capable of conducting thorough market and feasibility studies to support our expansion efforts. Job Details Job Level: Specialist / Supervisory Location: Pasong Tamo Extension, Makati City | Willing to Travel Nationally Job Type: Full-Time Educational Attainment: College Graduate Salary: 25,000-27,000 (still negotiable) Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome Preferably with experience in Business Development, Site Acquisition, or Marketing Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, site scouting, and feasibility studies. Negotiate with landowners, lessors, and other stakeholders to secure favorable business terms. Conduct due diligence and ensure proper documentation for acquisitions and partnerships. Develop proposals, letters of intent, contracts, and financial projections for new business projects. Coordinate with internal departments and government agencies to secure permits, approvals, and compliance documents. Support expansion strategies by monitoring competitors, analyzing trends, and preparing market analyses. Manage existing accounts and maintain strong relationships with partners, franchisees, and clients. Contribute to sales reinforcement initiatives and recommend strategies to improve revenue performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, or related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in business development, site acquisition, or related roles. Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills. Experience in retail, energy, real estate, or cooperative industries is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP is a plus.
