The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in new business development, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the food, hardlines, certification, or business assurance industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Resilient and determined in overcoming objections and closing deals.
