Our mobile app (download it free, for Android and iOS) allows users to book a room in just a few steps, providing a safe and hassle-free experience while earning loyalty points for future stays too Responsibilities Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for new projects or initiatives. Maintain a pipeline of new properties for onboarding and activation. Ensure consistent communication and rollout of key updates across all Business Development (BD) teams. Drive profitability and maintain a positive P&L for the region. Prepare and present regular reports on KPIs, market strategy, and performance metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, focusing on strategic growth and retention. Support the achievement of MIB targets through high-quality property acquisitions. Oversee and approve new property submissions to ensure they meet quality standards. Ensure new properties follow onboarding protocols, complete all business requirements, and receive system training. Negotiate contracts that protect company interests without compromising revenue share. Optimize activation processes by aligning with other internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with agreed contract terms and completeness of property information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. At least 3 years of experience in a sales/business development role. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
