We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales, logistics, and relationship management, with the ability to develop tailored solutions that address diverse client needs.

Description of Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and implement strategies to generate new business and increase revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations and negotiations to secure contracts.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, revenue performance, and market conditions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive service and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any business-related course
  • At least 5 years sales experience in the logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
  • Proven expertise in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability in relationship building and client management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools
