Business Development Manager – Construction and Industrial

Main Roles and Responsibilities

In Charge of hitting the forecasted budget and growing the industrial business unit and the territory coverage (Mining, Protective Coatings, Marine, Manufacturing, Special projects and other growth sustaining markets) and contribute to the overall of sustain growth. And can work in collaboration and across all functional groups in the corporation.

Local Business Territory

· Primary goals are to win business partners in the mineral and ore extraction and process sector.

· Primary target accounts are Mining and allied industry, manufacturing, Power generation and marine.

· Develop and partner with new Industrial dealers nationwide to support increase PAI product reach and range.

· Coordinates closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing to support PAI product awareness in the industrial sector

· Provide Insights and analysis on industrial overall business in terms of reach and range.

· Know government regulations both national and local that may affect business goals and to adjust accordingly.

Industrial Partners

· Established Dealer and contactor applicator partners in strategic business locations to increase PAI range.

· Can enter supply contracts with partners to ensure product availability to challenging territory and accounts with the approval of the Industrial Business unit head.

· Can enter in agreement with partners to ensure product loyalty use and to close out competitors brand in the channels.

With the approval of the Industrial Business unit head.

· Proposed Product support initiatives

Qualifications:

  1. Technical Knowledge in Construction & Finishing Materials

  2. Understanding of EIFS systems, wall insulation, Wall systems finishes (e.g., acrylic, cementitious, decorative plasters.

  3. Familiarity with application techniques and compatibility with different substrates.

  4. Ability to explain product specifications, fire ratings, weather resistance, durability, etc.

  5. Sales Experience

  6. Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in construction materials, architectural coatings, or façade systems.

  7. Experience in specification selling to architects, engineers, and project owners.

  8. Capability in B2B sales (selling through contractors, applicators).

  9. Market Knowledge

  10. Knows local construction trends, especially in high-rise, commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors.

  11. Existing network with architects, developers, contractors, or design consultants.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
